Josh Oliva serves as President of Terrapin Lawn Care, providing leadership for the company’s vision, growth strategy, operations, customer experience, and long-term expansion. As a co-founder of the company, Josh is passionate about building an organization that is larger than himself—one that develops leaders, strengthens communities, solves real problems for customers, and creates opportunities for both team members and the families Terrapin serves.

With more than a decade of experience in sales leadership, green industry operations, pest control management, and commercial landscape services, Josh brings a unique combination of entrepreneurial drive and operational discipline. His professional background includes leadership experience with Yellowstone Landscape and national sales experience with Vivint, where he developed the communication, resilience, and relationship-building skills that continue to shape his leadership today.

Josh leads with a hands-on, growth-driven approach centered on accountability, strong communication, and high standards. He believes great leaders set the example from the front and create environments where people can grow both personally and professionally. His vision for Terrapin is to build a respected, high-performing organization that delivers elite service while maintaining the culture and values of a family-owned company.

Focused on leadership development, operational excellence, and strategic expansion, Josh is committed to building a highly systemized, multi-branch organization known for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer care.
