Kevin Oliva
Vice President
Kevin Oliva serves as Vice President of Terrapin Lawn Care, overseeing company operations and programs while helping guide the continued growth and development of the organization. With more than 30 years of experience in pest control, lawn and ornamental care, agronomics, and landscape management, Kevin provides the technical expertise and industry leadership that help ensure Terrapin consistently delivers exceptional results for its customers.
Throughout his career, Kevin has held leadership positions with Trust Pest Control, Westbay Services, and Cornerstone Landscape, where he spent two decades developing and leading the company’s agronomics division. He also served as a member of the Hillsborough County Tree & Landscape Advisory Committee through the University of Florida IFAS Extension, contributing his expertise to the advancement of Florida’s landscape and horticultural industries.
Known for his extensive knowledge of lawn and ornamental pest management, palm diagnostics, and agronomic best practices, Kevin combines high expectations with a leadership style grounded in motivation, trust, and leading by example. He believes that honesty, transparency, integrity, ethics, and humility are essential to building strong teams and lasting customer relationships.
Kevin envisions Terrapin continuing to grow across Florida while creating opportunities for employees, partners, and customers alike. He views every team member as an important part of the company’s success and is committed to fostering a culture where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their goals.
A lifelong advocate for service and community involvement, Kevin has supported organizations including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Shriners International. He and his wife of more than 40 years are proud parents of five children and grandparents to ten grandchildren. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys traveling, football, NHRA racing, history, and spending time with family.
Together, Josh and Kevin combine entrepreneurial vision, operational leadership, and decades of industry expertise to lead Terrapin Lawn Care with a commitment to quality, trust, and service excellence.
